CANDLES

Please follow these simple tips in order to keep your candle burning as safely and as cleanly as possible... for as long as possible.

CREATE A BURN MEMORY
Always allow melted wax to reach the sides of the vessel for the first burn. This creates a 'burn memory' which will prevent your candle from tunnelling and creates an even burn ensuring you get the maximum burn time out of your candle.

TRIM YOUR WICK
Ensure you trim your wick/s to a maximum of 5mm before relighting each time.  This is super IMPORTANT as it will reduce any smoke & 'mushrooming' of the wick encouraging a longer burn time.

BURN TIMES
Travel Tins and  Medium Ambers: maximum burn time of 2 hours each time
Large White & Maxi Amber (double wick): maximum burn time of 3 hours each time.

IMPORTANT: Once the wax reaches half way down your vessel, carefully monitor the burn time and extinguish the flame after 1 hour.  It is particularly important to monitor the Maxi Amber (double wick) candles to ensure the wicks do not drift off centre.

GENERAL CANDLE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
- ALWAYS place candle on an even surface
- NEVER leave a burning candle unattended
- ALWAYS leave 1-1.5cm of wax remaining at the bottom of the vessel

Once your candle has reached the end of its life, simply wash the vessel with hot, soapy water and it'll be ready for its new life as a pen / pencil holder, a vase, or storage for shells, beads, and any other odds and ends.

DIFFUSERS

Flip / turn your reeds weekly for renewed fragrance.

Do not place directly on painted or stained surfaces as accidental spillage may cause damage to certain materials.

ROOM FRAGRANCE SPRAY

Give these a gentle shake before using - these are made with natural materials, so separation is normal

Some fragrances will create a milky colouring in the room sprays - this is normal + naturally happens.
