SHIPPING

Flat rate $12.95 shipping and free shipping on orders over $120. Australia wide (excludes wholesale orders).  Australia Post Express Post service available with a capped $15.95 rate.

We are experiencing delays due to COVID in sourcing and receiving our raw materials.  As our products are hand poured to order, please allow up to 7 business days after your order is placed for it to be shipped.  We do however, aim to have orders dispatched in 1-5 business days where possible.  Wholesale and larger orders may take up to 14 days.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  

We do take every precaution to ensure your order arrives to you in the same pristine condition it left our studio in.  However, If your order arrives to you damaged, please email us within 7 days.  We may require photos of the damage before we offer you a refund or replacement.
